পৃথিবী অথবা প্রিয়তমার জন্য

একদিন, পৃথিবী অথবা প্রিয়তমার জন্য-
একটি স্বতন্ত্র পাণ্ডুলিপির খোঁজে বেড়িয়েছিলাম,
কতকটা পথ হেটে, ক্লান্ত দেহে যখন-
বৃক্ষতলে তন্দ্রাচ্ছন্ন হয়ে বসেছিলাম দু'পা ছড়িয়ে,
তখন সূর্য ময়ূখ জাগিয়ে দিলো- বিষণ্ণতায় মগ্ন হলো মন!
হঠাৎ পাখির গান, গাছের ডালে-
উপরে তাকিয়ে দেখি- সাদা কবুতরযুগল। ভালোবাসায় লিপ্ত।
ভাবি, ওদের পৃথিবী কী আনন্দময়!
অজান্তেই তখন, মনের ভিতর সূর্যজ্ঞান সম্বনিতা বলে উঠলো-
"তোমার পৃথিবী অথবা প্রিয়তমার জন্য প্রকৃষ্ট পাণ্ডুলিপি: ভালোবাসার জাগগান।"
দেখো, তোমার পৃথিবীও অনুরূপ আনন্দময়!

One day, I am, For the world or for the beloved ones-
Looking for a unique manuscript,
Walking on the ways, when the body feel tired-
Under a tree, I took rest and relaxed two leg,
Then the sun rays woke me up- the mind was engulfed in sadness!
Suddenly I heard the coo of birds, on a branch of the tree-
On the tree – I saw, a white pigeon couple is indulged fully in love.
I pondered about, what a joyful world they have!
Unconsciously, then, in my mind, the provoking mentor uttered a prophetic saying:
"The Manuscript for the world or for the beloved ones: The awaking song of Love."
Then, Feel, like the pigeon couple, your world is also joyful!

রাত যায় সূর্যের কাছে!

সামনে আঁধার? ভয় হয়?  
কিচ্ছু না! জীবনে সবার- এমনই মনে হয়!
আঁধার যতো বাড়ে বাড়ুক, ঢেউ যতোই হোক ত্রাসী ভাবের,
উত্থান-পতন; উভয়কে তুমি চুমু খেতে পারো বীরদর্পে-
আশা রাখো, এগিয়ে চলো নাবিক- সামনে উপকুল, উপদ্রবহীন।
যেমন ইচ্ছে- তুমি সাজাতে পারবে।
ধৈর্য্যসমেত শুধু মনে রেখো,
"রাত যায়- সূর্যের কাছে। ভোর হবেই!"

পূর্বরাগ

দেখো, সকালটি কি সুন্দর!
অরুনোদয়ের রঙিন রেখা এখনো মুছে যায় নি,
তবে বুঝি, থামলো থামলো প্রায় পাখ-পাখালির কিচিরমিচির গান!
চলো না- নদীর পাড়ে বেড়িয়ে আসি। মৃদুমন্দ হেমন্তে মলয় পবন বহমান,
দোলরাত্রিযাপন শেষে-
ঘুম ঘুম চোখ যুগলে,
নদীতে নেমে, জল ছিটানোর খেলা করি!
তারপর, শুদ্ধ নয়নে ফিরবো ভালোবাসার আসরে, অনুরাগে-
কেটে যাবে সময় আনন্দলোকে অনন্তকাল!

আনন্দে বাঁচো

আনন্দে বাঁচো।
আনন্দে বাঁচো মন সর্বক্ষণ।
এ জীবন আনন্দময়, এ পৃথিবী আনন্দময়-
যদি তুমি সাজাতে পারো!
খুব বেশি কিছু করতে হবে না এজন্য-
শুধুমাত্র লোভশত্রুকে করো দমন!
লোভ: সে কেবলই তোমাকে দুঃখে ডুবিয়ে রাখতে চায়-
এসব উপেক্ষা করতে শেখো! নিয়ন্ত্রক হও অনুভুতির।
অনুভুতিতে সুখ বারবার তৈরি করো!
আনন্দে বাঁচো।

একটি তাবিজের সংকেতলিপি

একটি মেয়েকে আমার প্রেমে ফেলবো বলে-
বাহুতে পড়েছিলাম একটি তাবিজ!
দিন যায়, রাত যায়,
কাজ হলো না!
একদিন তাবিজে আস্থা হারিয়ে-
ভেঙে ফেলি,
বহু চেষ্টা করে উদ্ধার করি এর সংকেতলিপির মানে।
আমি অবাক-
তাবিজে লেখা ছিলো জানা একটি কথা-
"না কাঁদলে নিজের মাও দুধ দেয় না!
অথচ, তুমি ভাবো, তোমার অধিকার বিনা পরিশ্রমে পেয়ে যাবে!"

বুঝতে বাকি থাকলো না-
তারপর থেকে, শ্লোগানকে ভালোবাসতে শিখেছি।
নিজের অধিকারের শ্লোগান।

To make a girl fall in love with me-
